LoanStar Branding Refresh
A new refresh to LoanStar's look and feel was needed. Starting with collection of product documents, a new branding formula was developed.
Starting with one set of documents, the foundation of a new branding system was developed. Consideration for a variety of data and photo(s) was included as contact info needed to be dynamic, and fillable using a web-to-print portal.
Final documents loaded on the web-to-print portal with 0ver 15 dynamic fields. Fields were auto-filled via user selection from a drop down.
The same branding treatment was carried to business cards. Three versions were selected, giving users the option to choose from 2 options for cards with headshots, and 1 without. Users could also choose from up to two back graphic options.
All print media, kits, and products were carried over to a custom web-to-print portal. Special to LoanStar was pre-loading of information. Simplicity, and ease of use for any agent using the site was key. Instead of having to manually fill-out contact info and headshots, the user simply choose themselves under a dropdown menu. Once clicked, all their provided info was populated into the document and the user was ready to go.

Revised Retractable Banner Graphic. I wanted to try to make a friendly connection with the viewer. Instead of the typical stock photos, I sough out something a little more quirky and fun. Remarkably it was approved.
Final mock-Up of a faux newsroom. The newsroom was broken up into two components - large format panels for the background and panels for covering the table.
